share your personal information with any external organization, and we will not
sell, rent or distribute any personal information about our clients, including
e-mail addresses, without your consent. Any personal information you provide
is protected internally.
We have found many clients like to be placed on the mailing list
of the artist whose work they have purchased. In order to facilitate this, while
maintaining strict privacy standards, we will provide your contact information
to specific artists, ONLY by your request. You can easily do this by checking
the appropriate box on our order form or by otherwise indicating your preference
to us.
All personnel with access to personal information are aware of
our policies. Any breach of policy would result in immediate dismissal.
We do use aggregated information to determine trends and client
needs. Some aggregated information is analyzed and used as input to improve our
site; however, no personal information is divulged.
